SB 224-EVIDENCE RULES: UNION/EMPLOYEE PRIVILEGE 1:36:26 PM CHAIR EGAN announced consideration of SB 224 and that the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee was the sponsor. JOHN PTACIN, Attorney, Civil Division, Labor and State Affairs Section, Department of Law, said he had signed up to testify on SB 224, but he could do that now or at the next committee of referral.
